This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and laundry service. I remember the staff helping me find my lost car keys on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the wine bar below. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The breakfast was amazing, with great options.
The staff was noisy in the mornings before 7:00, disturbing our peace. I noticed minimal amenities in our room and had to share soap and shower gel with my partner. There was no supervision of cleaning, which led to a disappointing overall experience during our three-day stay.

my stay was spoiled by too many little things—like the lacking amenities and the weak water pressure in the shower. and can’t they provide a phone in the room? as a guest, i expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, my comfort wasn’t on their agenda. i was almost ready to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

I stayed 6 nights in the honeymoon suite and found it amazing! The WiFi was excellent, which was crucial for my business needs. Breakfast offered a great choice between a cold buffet and a hot menu, including a Full English. The staff were consistently helpful with any queries, making my stay enjoyable and seamless.
Parking access via stairs can be inconvenient.

What you’ll love and what you won’t
Delicious breakfast with unique options like pastel de nata and fresh omelettes! Cozy and well-thought-out room design made for a truly enjoyable experience.
The lack of a restaurant on-site meant venturing out for meals, which could be inconvenient at times.

The Honeymoon Suite was spacious and super comfy. The bed was huge and cozy, perfect for long nights. The en-suite bathroom was really nice. it felt modern and clean. I appreciated having a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Just a heads up—the bathroom layout might be unusual for some because it’s part of the room, but it didn’t bother me. Overall, a great stay!
